How to steal people's money the EU way

Chancellor George Osborne has said the Government will compensate any British Government and military personnel whose bank accounts in Cyprus may be affected by the European Union bailout levy.  Only money that has been paid into their accounts through the armed forces mind you and not any personal cash they might have taken with them.

Cypriots are now being robbed to pay for yet another bank scam as their savings are plundered to pay off bank debt.  The criminal elite continue with their exploitation of common people but never suffer the consequencies of their own mismanagement.

European officials said people with less than 100,000 euro (£87,000) in their accounts will have to pay a one-time tax of 6.75% while those with more money will lose 9.9%.
